This delightful ground floor apartment is newly and fully refurbished and very comfortable. Located in Morningside, a prestigious area to the south of the city centre. The flat is quietly located 100m from Morningside Road - a vibrant and bustling area full of cafes, independent shops and restaurants. The space The flat has been completely refurbished to a high standard throughout. We love to collect art and have enjoyed decorating the flat with some of our favourite prints and reproduced etchings. The bedroom is very spacious and enjoys a very quiet position to the rear of the building with a lovely view of the shared garden which you are very welcome to use while staying. Crisp cotton sheets on a very comfy new king size mattress. The second (single) bed is located "cabin" style in a box room which opens out into the lounge area - allowing for privacy at night. If you book the flat for two but would like the single bed made up please request this when booking. The kitchen is equipped to cook simply and has a washing machine and fridge with ice box. There will always be some decent olive oil for you to use - along with any cleaning materials you may require. There's a pod coffee maker and a cafetiere - with the necessary supplies to put them to good use - also teas and herbal teas. The shower has a rainfall head for a relaxing time or regular showerhead which is guaranteed to revive even the weariest of travellers. Unlimited hot water 24 hrs a day.
