Great view of water on 2 sides Decor of Dolphins, Mermaids and all things Nautical! across a jungle of tropical plants & pond you see the water while lounging in the suspensionin swing! A short walk & dolphins are nearby, or sit in the moonlight and listen to them blow! A marina, excellent food and nightly music next door. Enjoy the balcony known to heal!love The space This is a private bedroom/bathroom 2 story Beachhouse on pilings in my home. Dolphins, Mermaids and all things Nautical is the decor in and out! Looking over a jungle of tropical plants & pond you see the Bay water where the dolphins swim, listen to them blow and see the babies. On your balcony Sit on the 'Skynyrd "couch that carried them to their show in Biloxi and look for the sleeping dragon, whether it's 5:30 or 4:20 I'm friendly, enjoy the most MAGICAL BALCONY known by locals to bring Peace! the best sunsets on the island happen HERE. excellent food and Great music 5 walk minutes away enjoy while sitting on your balcony or go dance along! the food is good here also so you barely have to leave the house! should time allow there is a TV with DVR. I do not have Wi-Fi here, but it's right across the street! most phone carriers can sell you unlimited for while you are traveling or I can hotspot you! This is great for a girls weekend or couples getaway! Guest access Only 15 minutes to the Gulf, or 5 minutes to the bay! Stay where the Locals live! Check in with a hand shake, check out with a hug! This house is almost 30 years old..It's not perfect, but it's clean and filled with lots of Love! The first floor of this 2story home on pilings is yours, I live in the top floor, so we will be entering thru the same front door and first balcony, and living room, the kitchen is shared. Your area is cooled with remote-controlled air conditioning window unit as well as central air. I find this allows you the option to make your room colder than the living room if you desire so you can make adjustments for your individual comfort level. Your room is completely private with fridge, microwave and coffee pot. I don't enter your room once you checked in, bathroom also is completely private. Kitchen, dining, and living room are shared.. Although I only walk through living and dining, but do use the kitchen for coffee and cooking! Swim and fish within eyes view at the private beach and watch my Dolphin friends, along with Unforgettable nightly sunsets! A great restaurant is right next door with nightly entertainment that ends at 9/10 p.m, listen from the balcony or walk over for dancing. Stroll the docks and view the boats and schedule a charter if you like! Stop and drop here if you prefer, you never have to leave with restaurant and small souvenir store minutes away. Sailing, fishing, jet ski and pontoon rentals are right next door, swim across the street! This is the most friendliest and safest neighborhood in Orange Beach! I strive to get 5 stars from all my guests! I work alot and can sometimes be hardly seen, but I always make time for my guest! I raised my children here, so yours are welcome too as well as fur babies(under 20 lbs only) Promise.. you will enjoy your stay! If anything is lacking.. please let me know! Your balcony is loved by many..locals even..and known to bring Peace to the weary. On rainy days, enjoy a puzzle, or relax into one of the many books provided as you slumber in the suspended hanging porch swing! During your stay Visit with your host Captain Lori, .. Learn everything Local.. from a long time local! Other things to note Here on the island we have a very unusual septic system, so please no hair or strings of any sort down the drain! It tends to shut down our plumbing! Female toiletries may be placed in the trash in the bathroom just request and I will change that daily! I try to recycle, so outside the front door to your left there will be a large white bucket for all of your paper and plastic Goods. You will be given the combination to get into the door on arrival, please do not lock the door knob itself only the deadbolt If you're leaving for the day please adjust your air conditioner such it's remote-controlled and you can actually set it to turn back on at a particular time so that energy is not being wasted. As you walk in and you will see to your left under the house there is beach toys skimboards umbrellas make yourself at home to these articles . In the bathroom you will also find several hygienic supplies those are for you as well if needed !
