Room with private entrance and shower room

A comfortable loft room with british King size bed and en suite shower room in quiet semi rural setting in Findon village. There is a double sofa bed in the room should an extra bed be required for children, infants are welcome but guest will need to provide their own travel cot. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided. There is no kitchen but the room is equipped with some plates and cutlery should you wish to order a take away. During your stay The guest suite although connected to the main house has its own front door allowing guests privacy although we are of course on hand should you need assistance during your stay. Other things to note The room is up some narrow exterior steps so is unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. NB This is a room only listing, I do provide some very basic breakfast bits but for a more comprehensive breakfast selection guests will need to dine out. The sofa bed is for use when the booking is for 3 guests or more, outside of this there will be an additional of charge of £10 to cover the linen costs.
