Guest access We have free parking at the property and there are steps to climb up from the parking to the house and is not wheel chair friendly. Road condition: After the floods in 25’ - the roads in the Tirthan & Jibhi valley side are in very bad state. Moreover in the last 5 kms to Kudrat there is a road patch of 100 meters that’s still broken. It’s getting fixed and only last 100 meters is left should be hopefully done by the end of Mar 26’. So the guests who wish to book with us have to be flexible (Incase the roads are not in place) 1. To hike up (via Bandal village) for 20 mins (it’s easy but not for unfit people) or 2. To shift cars before and after the broken patch if needed We have managed the similar situation in 2023 too and it’s doable but we want guests to be aware before confirming their reservation. We strongly believe in NO Surprise policy. Who can Avoid KUDRAT: - If you wish to party by playing loud music. Loud music is not permissible.
