This well presented, spacious, family home is situated in the stunning seaside village of Boscastle. Enjoy all that the Cornish coast has to offer during the day- swimming, surfing, spectacular walks, before retreating to the large garden patio to enjoy the summer evenings whilst listening to the sound of the passing Trafforda River. In winter enjoy relaxing by the cozy fire. There are 3 pubs within a short walking distance. The space The house is suitable for a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children. Through the front door you enter the ground floor which includes a dinning room with a large table for up to 10 people, a sitting room with two sofas and smart TV, a children’s play room which also has a sofa bed (suitable to sleep 1-2 children), smart TV, books and board games, and finally- a fully equipped, well sized kitchen including a luxury American fridge freezer and an AGA to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A small toilet is also located on the ground floor. Up the stairs you will find 4 bedrooms, each with a generous built in wardrobe. The rooms include a very comfortable master bedroom with a super-king bed and en-suite bathroom with an electric power shower, and towel heater. Other rooms include a king size bed, a room with two twin beds, and a triple bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top- top bunk only suitable for children) and a separate second bathroom with a bath and shower. Boscastle harbour is a 5- 10 minute walk down the hill from the house. The walk back is mostly uphill- perfect for sweating off your pastie and pint! * The entrance to the house has two sets of stairs, which are not wheel chair accessible. Please see photos * Available for our smallest guests are a Moses basket with stand, a bouncer chair, travel cot, high chair, and stair gates - on prior request. *Slide on climbing frame currently unavailable.
