It has a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom with shower. We invite you to use the building's terrace on the third floor. You can enjoy beautiful views, sunbathe on a lounger, or dine or have breakfast outdoors. It is in an old renovated building with beautiful mud and ceramic stairs. It is located on the first floor (ground floor +1), the stairs are narrow and it does not have an elevator, if you have mobility problems we can recommend another of our apartments. It has a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate kitchen. If there are more than two people, you'll notice that the sofa bed is very easy to use. The center is pedestrianized. If you come by car, we can offer you a 24-hour parking space in a building less than a 5-minute walk away, for 21 euros per night. The apartment has AC in the living room and bedroom. The bedroom AC has a drainage system that is activated periodically if the air drops below 24-25 degrees. Most guests don't notice it, but if you're a very light sleeper you can activate the eco mode or use earplugs, or just activate the living room AC that cools the entire house. Please note that Seville is a city under construction! Although the beautiful protected historic area (where this apartment is located) has lasted thousands of years, the city center is not a museum :-) During your visit, you will realize that the historic city center is very much alive with many Sevillians in their daily work.
