Stunning views at lake Como

The detached Italian style house is built against the mountain at a quiet location with a lot of privacy, 50 meters above the lake and the coastal road, the rocky beach is easy accessible. From the large balcony you have a fantastic view on Lake Como and the Alps. The space The house has 3 bedrooms on the groundfloor, 2 bathrooms, a living room and open kitchen. It has a large balcony at the lake side with a fantastic view. In the basement there is an extra studio with a bed- and bathroom and its own balcony. We call it the Rock room as it is built against a rock. It's a bit more basic and our student children love to sleep and hangout here. The garden is very large, is surrounded by trees and bushes and slopes down towards the lake. Guest access This is our family holiday home, guests have access to all.
