Relax and unwind in this historic Old Town bungalow from the 1920's! Perfectly located to enjoy what Albuquerque has to offer or as a calm base to explore. This craftsman bungalow was built by the Sawmill in 1926 as employee housing. It’s a private home, walking distance from Old Town plaza, the museums, parks & downtown Albuquerque. Park securely in the gated driveway. Sleep peacefully on memory foam mattresses. Early check in or late check out available for additional fee. The space This is a lovely entire home, with walled outdoor space in the front as well as the back yard for you to enjoy. It includes a private secure driveway with a carport that is secured with a solar powered gate. Wake up to full access of the kitchen, stocked with coffee, tea, a delightful vintage oven, appliances including a microwave, toaster and all the pots, pans, dishes and spices you need, as well as a dishwasher. Spend your day exploring our gorgeous local sights or stay home, grill and sun yourself on the deck. Take a relaxing epsom salt bath in our custom extra deep and long bath tub. End your day with a crackling fire in the stocked fire-pit, roasting marshmallows, or relaxing with a cocktail under the twinkling fairy lights and stars. Sleep sweetly on the memory foam beds (king and queen). Many extras are provided for your comfort including alarm clocks, LED portable reading lights, toiletries, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, pac n plays and a high chair (ask ahead,) laundry detergent, and a gas grill. We want your stay to be as easy as possible! Check in is at 3:00pm and check out is at 11:00am. If you would like early check in or late check out, please contact us to arrange. We offer this amenity at the rate of $25 per additional hour and are happy to try to make this work if possible! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property except for the garage and the basement. Other things to note This home is equipped with a smart TV, not cable, there is wifi, and you can log into your Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime accounts to watch movies and tv.
