Furthermore, this room grants access to a private deck, enabling guests to appreciate the tranquil forest view from the second floor of the building. The dining room area complements the open floor plan and boasts a spacious solid maple dining table, ideal for meals. It is conveniently situated adjacent to the kitchen, which is outfitted with all necessary appliances, including a full refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Moreover, all required flatware, dishes, and cookware are supplied, making it a perfect area for culinary activities. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, making this rental suitable for two couples or two individuals. Additionally, every bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV. Extra sleeping options are available with the queen sofa sleeper located in the living room. The unit also features two full bathrooms. A complimentary shuttle service is available on the free town shuttle which halts just a short distance from the entrance of the unit. This unit is situated in the upper section of the property and is a mere three minute walk from the clubhouse. The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee. Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association.
