This is a very old quirky building lots of books to look at and really traditional Scottish hospitality with a bit of the Blarney Stone as I am from Ireland & Sandra is Scottish We have a little Tearoom plenty of tea & scones to sample The price is for Room Only The space We like to hope our guests feel like home during their stay lots of seating in the Tearoom area to sit at night if you wish If weather good plenty of outdoor seating Guest access Tearoom area seating Outside seating Large car park During your stay We are available most of the time if you need anything when we are not there please call message or text we will answer within 10mins thank you Other things to note This is a no smoking establishment area outside for smoking Please enjoy your stay let us know if you are needing anything or are unhappy about anything it can always be fixed
