The Old Vicarage is a 4 Star family-run Guest House in St. Ives, Cornwall. Set in its own peaceful and secluded wooded grounds with ample free parking, we are located in a quiet residential area near the coastal path just over half a mile from the town centre and beaches. Renowned for its friendly atmosphere with the warmest of welcomes, this 150 year old one-time Victorian Rectory now has every modern convenience and yet retains the charm and features of the mid 19th Century. The space Set in its own peaceful grounds with ample free parking, the Old Vicarage is situated in a quiet residential area on the western edge of town. Close to the coast path and walking distance to the town centre and beaches. All the bedrooms are tastefully decorated with every modern convenience, all are fully en-suite with showers and three also have a bath. We are also able to offer a king-size bed in one of our larger bedrooms. You are welcome to make use of our bar, residents lounge and relax in our own pleasant, peaceful gardens. Well established as a family run Guest House for over 55 years you are assured of a warm welcome from Dianne and Martin enjoy our delicious AA Award-winning breakfasts in our charming family Victorian home. Guest access Our guests are given a key to the front door which allows access into the building at any time of day or night. There is access to the lounge, honesty bar and large secluded gardens at all times. During your stay Your hosts Dianne and Martin live onsite and unless we are occasionally absent from the property, we will be available to attend to any needs or concerns you may have during your stay. When we are out, we can be contacted via our mobile phones, the numbers can be found in the welcome folder in the bedroom. All our guests have their own key to the front door which allows access into the property at all times.
