Close to everything: sea bus, rental companies, shops, post office The space The recently repainted accommodation includes a living room with: a table, 4 chairs, a sofa bed (click-clack) with new bedding, new TV, a Nespresso Magimix coffee machine, a toaster, a microwave, new vitroceramic stovetop, plates, cutlery, bowls, glasses, coffee cups and breakfast essentials (sandwich bread, coffee, tea, jam, cupcakes...). The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet. The studio has a children's corner with 2 single beds (bunk beds) with a small wardrobe. The decor has been carefully done in a romantic shabby style so you can feel like you're in a cocoon. The studio is located on the ground floor at the entrance of the residence. There is Wi-Fi in the accommodation. The accommodation is non-smoking, no pets are allowed. We provide city bikes, which saves you the price of a bike rental, and the Arcachon Basin is well equipped with bike paths; in front of the residence, you have a bike path. Please note, sheets and towels are not provided. If you wish, I can provide them for a cost of 10 euros per person. Payment for this service will be made in cash upon key handover.
