The space (English version below) A bright and pleasant villa 170 m2 with all the amenities you need as a base for a few days. There is plenty of space inside as well as three terraces where there is the opportunity to enjoy both sun or shade. If you want to take a little dip, there is an outdoor spa for 6 adults. (extra cost between October 15-April 15 due to expensive electricity) Light the fire on the grill and you will soon have a good grilled dinner. If you are going to visit Kolmården Zoo, this is the perfect place for you, only 30 minutes by car. Also excellent as a base when visiting Stadium sports camp or excursions in Östergötland. The villa is a single-story with a basement. Excellent on really hot days when the temperature in the basement remains pleasant. Six beds on the ground floor and another 4 in the basement. (Three double beds and 6 single beds 100*180 cm) The sofa bed in the basement is for two people. One block away there is a Coop store with the most necessary items. Larger grocery store is one kilometer away in the form of Ica Kvantum and Lidl store. It is 2 km to the city center. There are more nice restaurants and several nice shopping malls. Both bus and tram are within 300 meters. Can highly recommend Statsvakten if you like meat. The gourmet pub the Bishop Arms, with good and affordable food and lots of different kinds of beer. If it's 5-star you're looking for, head to Gin. For burgers, there are Burgers and bangers and Härlig pasta for pasta, of course. For a nice evening hangout, don't miss The Lamp Restaurant and their nice courtyard. Other nice places are of course Enoteket, Kvarterskrogen Asken and not to be missed Mocca Deli. Close to the public 50-meter outdoor pool at Himmelstalund's outdoor area open during the summer. Free admission. Nature is close with both pleasant walking and running tracks. Vrinnevi forest is 2.5 km away, where there are several different marked running tracks of different lengths. Welcome! Guest access Guests have access to the whole house except for two storage rooms and the garage where private items are stored. Other things to note If you use the spa, refill with chemicals after use according to the instructions on site. Plastic glasses are used if you want to bring a drink down into the hot tub. 😀
