Private bed/bath room with private entrance on a working animal sanctuary. Off road parking w/security cameras outside of the property. Surrounded by trees, location is a great way to enjoy a country stay. You can interact with the critters or observe from afar. Right now we have; geese, ducks, chickens, turkeys, parrots, emus, cats, dogs. Please note, if you have any mobility issues this may not be a good choice for you. Also, for safety reasons there are no children or other animals allowed. The space It is a private room and bath with a queen bed, microwave, coffeemaker and fridge. Just a 15 minute drive to local parks, boardwalks, hiking trails, the Chesapeake Beach Water park and the North Beach Farmers Market. Prince Frederick is a short 10 minute drive where you will find lots of nice shopping, a movie theater and a large variety of restaurants. About 30 minutes from Cove Point and just 50 minutes from Washington DC, PAX River, Annapolis or Andrews AFB. Close to Calvert Memorial Hospital & 10 minutes from Rod & Reel Resort & Chesapeake Beach resort & spa. The entire property is NO SMOKING. Also, for safety reasons there are no children allowed and a strict NO PETS policy for the same reason. Also any persons other than the ones directly attached to your booking will not be allowed entry to the accommodations. If you anticipate other guests you must add them to the booking PRIOR to your arrival. Private room w/a private entrance on a working animal sanctuary including a work space and private full bath. Guest access The entire property is NO SMOKING. For the safety of our residents and your pets ABSOLUTELY no pets allowed & there are no children allowed for the same reason. Host will show you to your accommodations. During your stay Always available via text/email and by phone from 11:00am to 11:00pm everyday. Please note that the entire property is a smoke free zone. The sanctuary stay is not suitable for children or pets. Other things to note House is located in a very private, wooded setting with off road parking. PLEASE note that the entire property is a NO SMOKING zone. For safety reasons, The sanctuary does not allow children or pets on the property.
