Beautiful, light and cosy home

Light, spacious and airy with a very cosy feel; our home is on a quiet tree-lined street just off the main road into the city. In the roof of a Victorian house (sturdy things) so there's a lot of light and the Juliette balcony in the living room allows views into the back gardens. Slightly unconventional, as it's also a yoga space, so there's plenty of room and a peaceful vibe. There's also a new (recycled) kitchen so we have many mod cons. Can accommodate 2 single travellers!!! (airbed) The space You can get the bus to Oval or Elephant & Castle, or walk to Peckham Rye station and travel onwards from there for exploring the bright lights and excitement of the city. Closer to home, this area is extremely trendy these days, with rooftop bars, cinemas and restaurants; or for the family, 2 swimming pools (and gyms) and parks. 2 minutes away is the South London Gallery with cafe, an arty type bar called The Pelican and various corner shops including a local Sainsbury's. There are parking bays outside which cost from Monday to Friday and are free at weekends. I can arrange parking permits though! It's much cheaper and you can park all day. Guest access Welcome to our home! We do love it here. The flat is all yours to use during your stay. In the bedroom, feel free to use the hangers on the back of the bedroom door and the top drawer of the chest of drawers, if you like. The kitchen has everything you'd want to use for a self- catering holiday. Please help yourself to tea, coffee, oil (and in emergencies, anything else!). there's usually milk in the fridge too, which you are welcome to use. The living room area has a beautiful view over the gardens at the back and velux windows give a wealth of light into the living space. When the weather is warm enough, the door onto the juliet balcony can be opened - it really does bring the outside inside! The extra room in the living room isn't for guest use as it and will have all the extra stuff of our life that would get in your way if I left it out. Also, please don't use the yoga equipment unless by prior arrangement - safety first - Other things to note I might have said this elsewhere but it's worth repeating. I can organise parking permits for your stay. Only needed Monday to Friday (bank holidays are free)
