Enjoying quiet breakfasts and dinners on the terrace of this duplex penthouse is undoubtedly the best thing about this discreet but charming corner located in the heart of the historic center of Seville. The terrace, overlooking the famous Giralda of Seville, shows its excellent location, just a five-minute walk from the Seville Cathedral and the Barrio de Santa Cruz. The space From the Duplex you can walk to the main areas of tourist interest, so you can avoid public transport. However, you have plenty bus lines, subway, tram and taxi at just at the corner and a public parking if you arrive in the city by car. The apartment is located on the second floor of a typical Andalusian house with a recent renovation and elevator, on Siete Revueltas street in the popular Alfalfa neighborhood. There are a wide range of supermarkets, bars, a children's play area, and charming shops. Just a couple of streets away is the Plaza del Salvador, a meeting place for everyone on sunny afternoons in Seville. In addition to the terrace, the apartment has a living room with kitchen located on the lower floor, and a bedroom (with a 1.25m double bed), dressing room and bathroom on the upper floor. The attic is an open space so is especially recommended for couples or couples with children (as long as you pay attention to the internal staircase for children who are too small). If you have your own guests you can also use the double sofa bed (1.50m) on the ground floor. In total, the apartment has 58 square meters (terrace included) with great qualities, charmingly furnished and all the comforts: Split Hot/Cold air conditioning, WIFI connection, television, stereo system, kitchen utensils (oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, electric juicer, etc.), washing machine and full bathroom (with shower). You can rent it for fortnights and months. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (arrivals after 9:00 p.m. have a €10 surcharge). Checkout is from 12 noon (but we can be flexible depending on the case).
