Private stylish newly built accommodation in the beautiful, suburb of Eversdal, Durbanville. Situated in a quiet area very close to the Sonstraal Dam beauty spot. We are close to the Malls (Tygervalley and The Village) local wine routes, mountain bike trails and restaurants. We are 30 minutes from Cape Town International Airport. Very secure with its own private entrance, free WiFi/Netflix/ and free parking. Coffee& tea etc provided. Fully equipped kitchen, plus private patio/courtyard. The space There is free uncapped WiFi with TV offering Netflix; YouTube and An iron and ironing board is also available in the room and a hair drier can be requested. The outside patio area has a small table with 2 chairs. The space itself has lots of built in cupboards, a full kitchen (2 burner gase stove, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster etc. The Sontraal Dams are just up the road for a lovely evening or early morning stroll. Guest access Guests have full access to the flat during their stay via their own private entrance. The flat is fully serviced each week.
