The accommodation is suitable for 2 adults + small child or baby Between the sea and the forest of Brocéliande Josselin 3kms, Duc Lake in Ploermel with its landscaped beach, Lizio, Rochefort en Terre, Gacilly, Paimpont,the sea 45 minutes away Also welcome to bikers, cyclists The space Separate entrance to the accommodation behind our house with terrace, garden, garden furniture (pool, barbecue, lounge chairs in summer)... On the ground floor, there is a kitchenette with all cooking facilities and storage. Please note: There is no oven, but there is a microwave that also has a grill function. You have a coat rack with a shoe rack, a helmet rack for motorcyclists, and a radio. There is also a washing machine. On the 1st floor, you will find the bright and spacious bedroom with a TV and its relaxation area with a sofa bed. For a child and/or baby, for a fee (€5), we can add a baby bed with a good mattress, a highchair, a baby bouncer, and toys. Just ask us. The bathroom and toilet are also on the 1st floor. The shared swimming pool is available for your use. The place is cleaned and disinfected after each guest. When you leave, please strip the beds and take your garbage to the end of our street (you'll pass it on your way out). You will be charged for any excess electricity usage. Please respect the premises. Guest access Free parking in front of the house. The entrance to the accommodation is at the back of the house. Space for 1 motorcycle in the garage depending on its size, otherwise also place in the garage driveway; your beauty will be safe! Space for bicycles behind the house safely, or even in the garage We love to welcome our guests but we also have a lockbox Other things to note The accommodation provided, despite its independent entrance, is part of our house so we ensure everyone's discretion, respect for noise; no parties, no smoking in the accommodation but outside without worries (an ashtray is provided, please remember to empty it). We do not allow pets.
