Large two room apartment of 67 sqm divided in two levels on the ground floor. The living area consist in a Kitchenette, dining table, a big and one service bathroom. The bedroom is composed by a double bed and a bathroom with shower. At the upper level a bedroom with 2 single beds. The apartment also features LED flat-screen TV’S, adjustable air conditioning and heat, free Wi-Fi, an iron board with flatiron, and a safe. The space Residence Opera inaugurated in 2016 and features apartments with high ceilings, some of which are frescoed, and refined contemporary furnishings. Here, in the 18th century, was an ancient open-air theater, which inspired the idea for the Residence name. The facility winds through terraces and balconies, dominating the typical Bolognese roofs, giving unique views of the Basilica di Santa Maria dei Servi. Each apartment is named after a famous opera and is decorated with pictures of the city’s main theater: the Teatro Comunale. Guest access The access to the apartment is completely independent. At the entrance, there is a small keyboard where you can type the code given via e-mail a few days before your arrival. Other things to note There is a laundry room always available with washing machines and dryers. The parking has to be booked in advance and has a daily cost of €28. The parking must be booked in advance, we need your plate number to authorize your entry through the gate San Vitale. We will send you the instructions for access. Please note that the City of Bologna has set up a city tax in force since 1 September 2012. At check-in will be asked for the payment of this tax. To Guests will be given a regular receipt issued by the town hall of Bologna.
