Casa Tramuntana - unique, charming place in Alaró

Located only 30 minutes from Palma, in a beautiful village of Alaró surrounded by Tramuntana mountains - you will find Casa Tramuntana - charming unique house within 5 mins walk from the village square, 10 mins from the best vineyards in Mallorca. An ideal holiday destination for active holiday makers who enjoy cycling or hiking, romantic couples, or families with 1/2 older children. Alaro has a lot to offer from beautiful mountains, great cycling roads to restaurants, bars and cafes. The space Built in 1900, the village house has been completely renovated with great attention to detail. It offers two large double bedrooms with comfortable big beds and 1 bathroom with elaborate ceramic painting on the wall, which reflects the Mallorcan life. All rooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning for hot summer nights and heating in the winter that include radiators as well as a wood burner. Simple natural colours combined with dark or colourful accents can be found throughout the house that reflect a beautiful, tranquil Moroccan style, blending in with the Mallorquin traditional elements. The house offers tranquillity and wonderful views of Alaró and the valley. Eating, playing, reading or planning next activities: everything is possible in this place, always with a view directed outside, through the large open door. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including dishwasher, toaster, kettle for your morning tea and a Nespresso machine. We also provide a few kitchen basics to make your stay more enjoyable. Facilities: Air conditioning hot / cold in living room and bedrooms, fitted kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, electric heating radiators, wood-burning stove, safe. Please beware that Alaro streets are very narrow and more suitable for smaller rental cars. There is only street parking available. The former shoemaker town of Alaró is only a few minutes drive away and offers fantastic handcrafted cowboy boots. You can also expect good food and fine wines. The ascent to the ruins of the Castell d'Alaró at an altitude of 825 m, the hiking trails around the Orient and challenging cycling tours on your own are just some of the possibilities to get to know the Tramuntana region. Similarly, the popular weekly market in Alaro on Saturdays and neighbouring Santa Maria del Camí on Sundays offer a wide range of culinary delights. Guest access The house and its facilities are totally private. The house is very well equipped with anything you may need during your visit in Alaro. Other things to note Check in time: 4pm – 8pm Late check in (8pm – 8am) – fee of 30 Euros to be paid by guests to Hunt4Bliss directly on/or prior to arrival. Check out time: 10am Check out instructions are provided in the House Book located at the property. COVID POLICY All guests prior to arrival are required to sign Covid Declaration which will be provided via direct email by the Property Manager before their arrival. In the property guests will find a copy of the document and a House Book with rental regulations, recommendations for Alaro and other places in Mallorca, list of exciting activities and places to visit as well as contact details for emergency services in Alaro and nearby. Emergency Assistance (8am – 8pm) If it’s a property related emergency after 8pm, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately. Out of Hours Emergency Assistance (8pm-8am) Property related issue – no charge to guests Lost keys to the property – the penalty fee of 100 Euros per set will be deducted from the incidental deposit. Recycling There is a strict recycling policy in Alaro. Waste not correctly separated will not be collected from the street and a fine will be given to the property owner which will be deducted from Guests incidental deposit. All items must be separated according with the instructions provided in the House Book. If bags left in the property are not properly separated – guests will be charged 15 Euros per bag which will be deducted from their incidental deposit.
