Detached villa five/ten minutes from the beaches and the center of the village, in the countryside of Calasetta, Sisineddu, surrounded by greenery overlooking the sea. A country house with a distinctly ethnic and travel-related style, ideal for enjoying nature and tranquility surrounded by greenery. The space It is the ideal place for a vacation surrounded by greenery, in the silence of nature and away from the noise of cars, but still a five-minute drive from the center of the village and the beaches of Calasetta. A fifteen-minute drive will take you to the wonderful beaches of Sant'Antioco. (IUN: P5218) Guest access Guests have access to the two floors of the villa (on the ground floor: living room, kitchen, full bathroom with shower and double bedroom; first floor: two single bedrooms and bathroom without shower), the front courtyard and the back patio with the pine forest (in the pine forest there is an outdoor shower). All the land around (2 hectares) is dedicated to the vegetable garden and the vineyard, so special attention is required. The house is not equipped to accommodate small children and could be dangerous due to some details of the furniture and the staircase that connects the ground floor and the first floor of the house: we therefore ask our guests traveling with children to pay the utmost attention. Dogs are allowed, but the space around the house is not completely fenced, so we cannot guarantee full control of the animals on the land. Other things to note The Municipality of Calasetta requires the payment of an accommodation tax to be paid in cash upon your arrival or via Postepay.
