Quiet 1-room apartment located centrally in Berlin Mitte/Wedding near various parks, canal and Lake Plötzen. Public transportation within 150 yards at U-Bahn Amrumerstrasse. The space The neat studio apartment in Berlin accommodates 2 persons and is on the 2nd floor. Torfstrasse is located in the beautiful Sprengelkiez near the North Shore of the Spandau Canal in the district Mitte / Wedding. It takes only 50 min to the Airport, 10 minutes to Central Station, 15 minutes to the Zoo and Potsdamer Platz. The U-Bahn station Amrumer Strasse (U9) is 150 meters from the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, water boiler, toaster and microwave. Dish towels, crockery & cutlery are provided. The living room has 2 single beds (200x90), 2 bedside tables, a sofa, a large built in wardrobe and a dining table with chairs. The bathroom has a modern shower cabin (80x90), toilet, sink, mirror and hairdryer. Bedclothes and plenty of towels are available. Fiberglass internet is available over Wi-Fi. Torfstrasse is in the heart of Sprengelkiez with small cafes, snack bars, convenience stores and restaurants for culinary delights. Nearby Sprengel Park and Peking Square offer a nice time out. Only 800 meters west of the apartment lays Goethe Park and Rehberge Park for joggers. Also within walking distance you'll find Lake Plötzen for swimming in the summer and boat rentals.
