The property has been lovingly renovated, while retaining the charm and character of the building including original beams. The cottage is well maintained and 4-Star graded by the Welsh Tourism Association. It has a lovely cosy feel, and provides an ideal base for couples wishing to explore beautiful N.Wales and Cheshire. It features an open plan lounge with dining area, kitchen and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Guests also have access to large landscaped gardens and seating areas. The cottage is well equipped so you can make a lovely home cooked meals, however, if you fancy a night of from self-catering, there is a range of great food pubs locally, including the popular Cherry Pie Inn which is just next door! For a fabulous cosy Christmas or New Years break, we provide decorations and a Christmas tree, if you wish? We also have Miller Cottage available, which is a ground floor one bedroom cottage (Sleeps 2 & Dog Friendly). The Long Barn, a large two bedroom and two bathroom cottage (Sleeps 4 & Dog Friendly). Guest access There are large landscaped communal grounds, seating areas, plus BBQ and patio, which guests are welcome to use. Other things to note The cottages form a small complex of x4 self catering cottages, plus our home is on site as well. We want all of our guests to have an enjoyable stay here - Please respect other guests that are staying and keep noise to a minimum when arriving/leaving late at night or very early in the morning. Note: Unfenced mill stream and leate on grounds, plus terraced gardens with drops, young children to be supervised. Children under 10 years old, can use the play park under supervision. Close to main road, so some road noise may be heard
