The space This beautiful and freshly updated 1 bed/1 bath includes a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and an incredibly comfortable memory foam sofa bed (queen+ size) in the living room. A bonus room containing a full/double size sofa bed that sleeps two is available when apartment is booked for 5 or 6 guests (see details). We offer 50+ mbps Wi-Fi, flat screen TV's with streaming devices for your viewing pleasure, and a laptop desk/work area. Your private apartment shares only one common wall with a neighbor, dual-pained windows, and black-out curtains. There is street parking right outside where your car is always within view. Guest access Parking - street parking is available immediately in front of the building. Laundry - the laundry room is located outside behind the 2nd story building. There are multiple (coin operated) washers and dryers, so you can often do two loads at the same time! Other things to note This home is fully furnished and stocked with essentials to get you started on your trip. However, please plan accordingly to purchase enough paper products to last for the duration of your stay. We are only half a mile from the Fairview Heights Metro Station. Also, freeways can get congested during morning and evening commutes. Drivers unfamiliar with the LA area should probably use a real-time GPS app to navigate around town more efficiently. Uber/Lyft are quick and convenient options, especially if you're heading to tourist attractions with expensive parking fees.
