This apartment has everything you need to have a great time in Datça. Fully equipped and perfect for an entire family. * SCROLL DOWN AND KEEP READING TO LEARN MORE* The space Centrally located but in a calm district away from noise, within 10 mins. by walk of Datça’s most popular attractions, including town center (9-10 mins by walk), the famous beach of Hospital (7-8 mins by walk) and the marina (12-13mins by walk). The super market and the grocery store, are only 1 min. distance on foot. No car needed! There is a spacious living room with a fireplace in the middle, TV, air conditioner, one sofa bed, a dining table with four chairs, a terrace with panoramic Sea View and connects with the fully equipped kitchen through an inner window space. There are two normal bedrooms furnished one with a Queen bed and the other with two single beds. The size of the flat is very convenient, net surface is around 90m2. The best part of the house is the terrace which has great view to Aegean Sea, Simi Island and the mountains. You can enjoy unforgettable sunrise and moonlight views by sitting on the terrace having your drinks or coffees. Balcony doors are wide and light the apartment greatly. Guest access The flat is on the 2nd floor of a centrally located 3 floor 1980’s Mediterranean style family building where entrances are outside and separate for each flat. Building is located on an inclined land which makes possible to have a garden in every floor because of its unique Mediterranean architectural design. Building has 2 facades and 2 entrance, back facade on the 3rd floor level from the main road and front façade on the ground floor level from down street. Please check building pictures to have a better understanding. You can reach the flat from both entrances but it’s easier to use main road entrance and go down 1 floor by taking into account there’s no elevator. Building is very secure. You have this private house to yourself, not shared with any other guests but your party. Please enjoy it as it`s yours. Other things to note You should treat the house as if it was yours and respect the neighbors. Please keep it clean and remove garbage from unit and place in trash cans outside. Low noise and clean use is our top priority! Please note that; - Check in : 4:00 pm (Flexible depending on existing reservations) Check out: 10:00 am (Flexible depending on existing reservations) - No guests outside the original listing number allowed on premises without authorization. (6 people Maximum) - According to law, you need to present a valid ID upon arrival. This info will be shared with the local law enforcement agency. - No parties or loud noises after 10 pm. Guest’s visitors are not allowed after 11pm. - Kindly no smoking please - Parking is easy! We are on a quiet, residential district with 24 hour free parking right in front of the property. - Do not tear, remove or pencil in any of the Datça guides left in the flat. If you want any information contained in any of these books; kindly take a picture or write down on a piece of paper. - Please do not overload the washer machine or place heavy items inside the unit.
