Accuracy: there are 5 bedrooms including 2 well separated and 3 boxes in a large sleeping area. Monumental fireplace for the winter. Tennis, large swimming pool, terrace, ping pong. Rustic country house atmosphere, perfect for a family reunion, holidays with friends or a weekend in the countryside! Parties are forbidden. 20 min: Beaune, Cîteaux Abbey 38 km: Dijon, Besançon The space This is a house bought in 1950 by our grandfather and that my sister Céline and I took over in 2017. It is a large and old rustic building, full of memories and endowed with old charm. We welcome groups engaged in ecological and social transitions all year round, but also families who come to rest in the countryside. It's a family home in which we welcome you, not a property bought and furnished to be rented on Airbnb. We hope you enjoy it as such! A fantastic park with huge trees, a tennis court, swimming pool, a friendly fireplace, the possibility to dine inside, on the terrace or under the trees... There is also a ping pong table, a teepee, a trapeze, and lots of games, books and comics! The house is as pleasant in summer as in winter with a large welcoming hearth and a magnificent fireplace! The pool is usable from the beginning of June to the end of September, but it is not heated. House by the Saône in a quiet area, you can spend a week there without leaving the property (except to go to the bakery just a stone's throw away!). Seurre has 2 supermarkets and all the necessary shops in the city center within walking distance. 2 large buildings are connected by a huge covered terrace. In one: dining room with a telephone desk in a corner, kitchen, back kitchen/laundry room (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, cellar), separate toilet, plus the master suite: bedroom with a double bed + two bunk beds, bathroom with bathtub and toilet, 2 wardrobes, secretary. In the other, called "the great room": exceptional volume with huge oak beams, fireplace, hearth with bench and table, and a large living room overlooking the garden (former outbuilding of the Abbey of Citeaux, we find the arcades on the garden). Several sofas, armchairs, tables and desk. Upstairs, 1 bathroom with separate toilet, then 1 well-separated bedroom with double bed and sink and wardrobe, then a large room overlooking the Saône with 3 "boxes" partitioned but without a door. Box 1: 2 bunk beds Box 2: 2 bunk beds Box 3: 2 single beds In the space opening onto the beautiful terrace overlooking the Saône, we have arranged a pull-out bed that serves as benches, but which turns into 2 single beds if needed. At least 1 single mattress and 1 extra double mattress can be placed on the floor. There are also 2 desks and cupboards. The view from the terrace is beautiful!! Enjoying the sunset while watching the swans glide on the river is magical and relaxing... Guest access Full and exclusive access. Please note that access to all rooms has steps. Other things to note The inside of the house is of course non-smoking. Parties that disturb the neighborhood and bachelor parties are prohibited. Sheets and towels are provided. For reasons of simplicity and cleaning costs, the towels provided are Decathlon microfibers, if you prefer thick bath sheets, remember to bring your own!! Please note: Please wash the dishes and tidy up the kitchen, the cleaning fee does not include the dishes. Please also drop off your sheets and towels in front of the laundry before you leave.
