Cozy single room in a spacious, newly renovated apartment in one of Lisbon's most popular and vibrant quarters: Avenidas Novas, a mixed residential/business district in the center, full of restaurants, cafés and interesting places to discover. The space This is a large 1920s flat, right next to the Gulbenkian Foundation, with its marvelous landscaped gardens, notable art collections of the Gulbenkian Museum and the famous Center of Modern Art, and classical music concerts. It has a total of 7 private rooms, with all beds being 100x200 cm, and this room is a small, cozy single room, with a window giving on to a quiet inner courtyard. Guest access The apartment's two and a half bathrooms are shared and you have access to a sunny, comfortable living room. We do not serve breakfast, as it would be pointless to compete with the fantastic bakeries, pastry shops and small cafés just around the corner, but you have a fully equipped kitchen and a large closed veranda, the ideal eating, chatting and drinking place on the north side of the flat. There is high-speed wi-fi throughout the apartment and cable TV in the living and private rooms. The flat also has a washing machine. There is no tumble dryer but across the street you can find a self-service laundry. Other things to note The place is ideal for tourists, but because of all the small business and universities nearby it is also an interesting place to stay for professional visitors and academics.
