Perfectly placed for wedding guests attending events at Tunnels Beaches, this well-equipped apartment offers comfort, convenience, and coastal charm in equal measure. With attractions such as the hand-carved Victorian Tunnels Beaches, Damien Hirst's striking ‘Verity' sculpture, the Michelin-starred Olive Room restaurant, and the South West Coast Path all within walking distance, Eden is a great base for exploring Ilfracombe on foot. You're also just a short drive from some of North Devon's best surf beaches at Croyde, Saunton, and Woolacombe. LIVING AREA The lounge is a welcoming, relaxed space featuring a large leather sofa and armchair, wall-mounted TV, and a selection of books and games. It's a great spot to wind down after a day by the sea or exploring the nearby attractions. KITCHEN The well-equipped kitchen includes a double oven, electric hob, slimline dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, under-counter fridge with icebox, toaster, and kettle. A full selection of cookware, utensils, crockery, and cutlery is provided for a comfortable self-catering stay. Coffee lovers will enjoy the Nespresso machine and cafetiere, with complimentary capsules and tea/coffee included. BEDROOMS Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with double bed and en suite shower room. Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom with two single beds. A travel cot is available on request. BATHROOMS Bathroom 1: Family shower room with hand basin and WC. Bathroom 2: En suite to the master bedroom with shower, WC, and basin. OUTDOORS There is off-street parking for one car, a rare and convenient bonus in Ilfracombe. Important Notice: Temporary Works (20 March to 17 April 2026) Improvement works to the main car park area within the building complex will be taking place from Friday 20 March to Friday 17 April 2026. During this period, there will be no on-site parking available. Alternative parking is available immediately next door at the theatre car park, just a few metres from the entrance. There may be contractors on site during daytime hours while the works are completed. Safe access to the property will be maintained at all times. These upgrades include newly rendered walls, smart glass panels and a secure electric gate, which will significantly enhance the setting once complete.
