The apartment is made up of 2 separate furnished rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace with a pool and park view. There is a double bed in the bedroom and an extensible sofa in the living room. We offer free WI-FI, 2 TVs (1 smart TV) iron, ironing board, drying rack, hair dryer, washing machine. The kitchen comes with everything you need: toaster, coffer maker, microwave, sandwich maker, tableware, pots and pans, glasses, cutting board, can opener, etc The space We are renting the entire space: 1 living room with an open kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. Both rooms have access to a generous balcony that overlooks the community pool and green landscape. We are 1 minute away from the bus station and 2 minutes walking from Cosmopolis Plaza. Guest access The entire apartment is available for rent, so the whole place is all yours. In the warm days, you can also enjoy the outdoor terrace/balcony which offers great views over the park and community pool. Other things to note Since you will be staying in a Gated Community, the security officers at the main entrance will need to know our car plate. Floor heating throughout.
