We are located in the residential zone. Within five or ten minutes Tuk Tuk ride from all touristic locations. You’ll love our place because of the coziness, the location, and the people. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. The space Safe place, friendly staff. I can see how it may be a little secluded for some but the room is as advertised. Tuk Tuk is always available outside. Or if you don't mind walking or biking around town, city center is only 10-20 minutes away. There is a friendly cleaning staff that usually shows up just before noon. Laundry is apparently available too although I didn't use it. Kitchen comes equipped with all utensils, bowls, plates, and anything else you may need. Only thing this room is missing is a couch. There are two chairs you can sit on while watching TV. Would recommend this room for a solo traveler or a couple.
