It has on the ground floor a living room/office area with a single bed serving as a sofa and which can be a 3rd extra bed, an equipped kitchenette, a large shower room with toilet. A wooden staircase, quite steep, leads to a mezzanine with a 140 cm bed. The air conditioning is new and quiet. A large independent terrace in front of the studio will allow you to eat your meals and rest on a comfortable armchair while enjoying the view. Guests can park their car in front of the studio, in the parking lot of my property. Guest access Guests can use the entire studio, terrace and parking for their car. Other things to note I provide bed sheets, towels and kitchen towels. A washing machine is available in the kitchenette. The air conditioning is new and quiet. You have access to Wi-Fi.
