We welcome you to a charming house with a combination of custom made and antique furniture in a very central location, walking distance to Ciudad Vieja, Cordón, Palermo, Barrio Sur, universities, cultural activities, services and transport to go anywhere. You can rent a room and share a bathroom or you can rent a suite containing a kitchenette and a private bathroom, and you can also rent both suites. You share a large kitchen, laundry and large terrace. The common areas are secured by cameras. The space The house is approximately one hundred years old, full of light coming from its northern orientation, light wells and wonderfully colourful skylight. The kitchen and bathrooms have been modernised. The kitchen is fully equipped. The common areas have colourful terrazzo flours and the bedrooms have hardwood floorboards. The terrace is open to the north and is greatly enjoyable on warm nights. Guest access The common areas of the whole house are accessible. During your stay We occupy a room during the day as an office only and are available if guests have questions for us, in person if we are at the office or otherwise via airbnb.
