Enchanted Sage is the perfect oasis for work or play! This private suite located in a safe neighborhood on the Westside of ABQ with close & easy access to I40. Decorated with a modern New Mexican motif, designed with your comfort & relaxation top of mind. New Mexico has so many amazing things to offer, don't wait to explore! The space Enchanted Sage is the perfect retreat for work or play! A newly renovated private suite located in a safe neighborhood on the Westside of ABQ with close & easy access to I40. Guests have the suite all to themselves with a separate entrance & private bathroom. Self Check-in with a state-of-the-art electronic lock. Most attractions in ABQ are within a 15 min drive; Historic Old Town is less than 10 mins away. Expect a peaceful atmosphere, with the following amenities: access to Wi-Fi, smart tv, including access to the guest Netflix & Hulu accounts. The mini-refrigerator stocked with bottled water, microwave, coffee maker with a variety of coffee & creamers, a desk to comfortably set-up shop if this is a business trip or if you need to study. The suite has a comfortable queen-sized bed with sheets that feel like butter against your skin. Turkish cotton towels are provided in the bathroom, including soap, shampoo, make-up removal wipes & lotion. With COVID-19 a air sanitizer device has been added to the suite along with hand sanitizer by the door. Free street parking directly in front of the suite, so you're able to see your vehicle. Full-sized iron & ironing board, hairdryer are at your disposal. Restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, Starbucks are all within a mile drive from this location. There’s also a great walking/running/biking trail nearby. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Enchanted Sage. ***There are No pets allowed. This includes Service Animals due to allergies.**** Guest access This suite is strictly for you: a separate entrance & a private bathroom. Self-check-in is the most common form of check-in unless you'd like the homeowner there. An email will be sent on the day of check-in to your email address with an invitation to the electronic lock. The two most important things for you to do is download the Kevo app to your phone (as your phone will become your key to access the Airbnb) & watch the quick 30-second video the homeowner has created demonstrating how the look works. Doing these two things will ensure you have a quick and seamless self-check-in experience. Other things to note Dogs are on site, so you may hear an occasional bark. However, as a guest you will not have any interactions with them.
