In the heart of Provence, between Aix en Provence and Avignon, a quiet cottage, located in an 18th century former Magnanerie with its 3.5 hectares estate amid horses and nature. A swimming pool shared with the owners and our other cottage guarantees you cool in the heart of summer. All around you, discover the charms of the Provencal hinterland by going for a walk in the Alpilles, the Luberon or heading towards the Plage. The space The cottage, located on two levels includes a dining room/living room and the kitchen on the ground floor. On the first floor is a large bedroom, a bathroom as well as a toilet. It is equipped with all modern comforts with gas stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and everything you need to cook. The bathroom has a bathtub. A Satellite TV with French and foreign channels is available in the living room. You will have free WiFi internet access available. The cottage is suitable for a short trip as part of a business trip or a leisure weekend, as well as for a long trip as part of a vacation or professional construction site. According to your convenience, the beds of the accommodation can be configured into a double bed 180 cm wide + 1 single bed 90 cm wide, two single beds 90 cm wide with a sofa, or 3 single beds 90 cm wide. Parking, located next to the cottage, is available on the estate. Guest access The cottage is located on a 3.5 hectares wooded estate with a 13 m X 7 m (salt-treated) swimming pool shared between the owners and the occupants of the other cottage. For your peace of mind It has its own private garden with terrace and barbecue. But nothing prevents you from strolling through the other parts of the estate.
