Mediterranean-style apartment, a few steps from the sea, overlooking the lighthouse and bathing areas with direct access from the house, you can walk to the marina, with all the necessary services, supermarkets, restaurants... The nearest beaches are Calan Bosch and Xoriguer, which you can walk to. The Cap de Artrutx lighthouse offers one of the most beautiful sunsets on the island, just a few minutes' walk away. The space The house consists of two bedrooms (one is storage for the house and remains closed), a master bedroom with a bed larger than the standard, a living room/kitchen and a bathroom. The exterior consists of three private terraces: the main one, with a barbecue, a small solarium with 180º ocean views and a terrace with access to the bedroom, with an outdoor shower. The house is small, ideal for two people, it is very well connected, in a tourist area but very quiet, where silence and rest are valued. Guest access It is a one-story house, within a safe residential development, with an entrance code, with common garden areas and with direct access to bathing areas (when the sea is calm), it is a rocky area with panoramic views of the Artrutx Lighthouse. The house is two minutes from the bus stop, which passes very frequently to Ciutadella, just 8 kilometers away. Walking distance to the marina with all the necessary services, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, medical center, pharmacy, tobacco shop... Water sports, sightseeing tours, car rentals and a craft market... (Check opening hours, because they vary depending on the season.) Other things to note You can ask us any questions about the house if you need to. We can communicate in Spanish, English, German, a little French and a little Italian. ;D We do not show photos of the exterior, for privacy and security until the guest arrives.
