Stunning sea and harbour views up some steps to (shared with one owner) large 72 sq m patio. Cottage sleeps two adults. 1 bedroom king bed en suite bathroom. Lounge/dining two sofas, fast Internet, AC and CH. Garden, BBQ. Tavernas, mini market and eight beaches a short walk ( between 5 and 15 mins walk), down a hill and some shallow steps. Free Parking for a car outside cottage gates. The space Family has owned the land since 1969 and we have slowly built the two small cottages and invested in the land and have protected the beautiful views. I am British but have lived abroad for 40 years. Born in Nottingham and grew up in Cornwall and worked in London and abroad. I am happily married with one child and two step children. I have had the honour and pleasure to work for such companies as Vogue Magazine (Conde Nast) in London, The Guardian, Emirates Airlines and have been since 1989 working in Muscat, Oman and Dubai, UAE as a Business Consultant. I now live in Corfu above the property . I am there to welcome you and Jimmy (Dimitri) helps with the garden and is our handyman. I love my home and its location and views and love sharing it with guests who understand what we have to offer in our simple, Greek way. The location is unbeatable and you have the local support team to look after you if you require their help. Price is very suitable for all the facilities you have internet, all mod cons and beauty, peace and quiet at the villa. . Paleocastritsa is considered a famous beauty spot and has 8 beaches , all within walking distance, shops and minimarkets and a few public swimming pools a short two minute walk away for use but ask them first. Self drive, taxi boats or accompanied boat rides to all other bays, diving, paragliding all manner of sports, tennis and golf and Aqualand not far approx 10 kms. Lovely old byzantium walks to other villages and 12C ruins too. We have it all and the best views on the island as well as peace and quiet at our villa but in the height of summer it gets very busy in the bays during the day with visitors to the beach and Monestary. Gorgeous gardens and BBQ's , very well looked after, lovely destination for a great holiday in a very comfortable villa with unbeatable surroundings and views. The 72 sq metre patio up the steps really adds to the whole and is just the place for meals and sundowners with breathtaking sea and mountain views! A 300 degree around panoramic view! Characterful patio wall against the mountain side with old Greek architecture and design. The kitchen has a full size oven with four hot plates , a large fridge, washing machine and microwave. AC and oil central heating. Very comfortable King sized bed in the bedroom . Stephanie is cosy and homely nestled in our 2000 year old olive trees with shade from the hot sun. The villa is very much loved and it shows. You can read from our reviews how much! Guest access Parking is free and outside the cottage gates, you can walk to villages but its a hike so better with a car. Other things to note No smoking in the villa. Thank you.
