The space This uniquely styled bungalow is centrally located in a very quiet and friendly residential neighborhood of VALLEY GLEN . We are 20 minutes from major studios and only minutes from all major freeways (101 & 405 & 170), Grocery spots (Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Ralphs, Universal Studios, Fashion Square Mall )and Ventura and Sepulveda Blvd and moments from trendy NOHO. All the convenience and away from the hassle. This cottage has COMPLETELY PRIVATE AND EXTREMELY FAST PRIVATE WIFI. TWO FLAT SMART TV FLAT SCREENS. Our guests RAVE about how clean the unit is, our super comfortable bed linens, towels and pillows, incredibly thoughtful touches and chic design. We are devoted to our guests having a wonderful and safe stay and can relax and enjoy Los Angeles! All our linens are cotton, and the pillows are incredibly plush and posh so your sleeping experience will be like home (or better) . Everything is professionally laundered, and complete bleaching of restroom and kitchen. It's new each time! We take pride in our immaculate clean so you can relax and not feel creeped out. After a day of exploring the city, come back to a relaxing hot shower in our walk-in with rain shower head, with Hotel Collection towels. Fix a homemade meal in our MINI FULL CHEFS KITCHEN (Convection oven and broiler, 4 burner gas stove top, counter space galore) and perhaps dim the lights for a perfect romantic night in on the patio. Our kitchen comes with all the cooking utensil basics, however, if you require specialty items like a roasting pan or baking items, & blender, please let us know 48 hours in advance so everything you need will be waiting for you. Special touches: the cozy & private bedroom has space to hang and place your items, a magnetized barn door to keep it closed, convenient bedside lighting and a very cozy memory foam queen bed and a barn sliding door and ceiling fan. It offers the perfect Netflix binge environment for those who like to “cozy in bed “. We have taken special care to offer some down time games and books to read. Simple touches like hypoallergenic pilliows and comforter, all cotton sheets with SMART flat screen TV in living room and bedroom, quiet EXCELLENT HEAT/AC and blackout drapes. We have an old style radio that links with bluetooth to your phone for that added touch! The EXTREMELY FAST PRIVATE WIFI for our professionals is provided and is solely for this unit. You can easily work from this unit with no internet issues. All major stores and pharmacies are close by (Ralphs, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, CVS, RiteAid, BofA, local restaurants, NOHO West shopping center and Sherman Oaks Fashion square, Ventura Blvd. and the bike path all less then 5 mi) Your private and completely secure bricked patio is fully enclosed and offers a lovely area to have your morning tea, yoga or have your coffee with a good book while the sun rises and birds chirp. This is a very quiet and lovely area with lots of birds chirping and ecosilence. Sunset and Sunrise walks are ever present in this neighborhood.
