Enjoy being only a few minutes from many popular spots. The space The apartment is on the second floor of a newly built building, close to the city center. The building has an elevator for easy access to the floors. The apartment is designed as a single unit, with light partitions, which give the feeling of privacy without fragmenting the space. The living room is adjacent to the kitchen and they function as a single unit, while the bedroom is partially separated from the rest of the space. The bathroom, auxiliary spaces and terraces complete the residence. The unique aesthetics of the space are complemented by the works of the famous artist Paniara, which adorn selected corners of our suite. The entrance is an extension of the kitchen area. Security door with electronic lock, alarm and smoke detector have been installed for a safe stay. A spacious living room with a sofa, armchairs and a coffee table is formed in our living room. The space is completed by a composition that contains a library, fireplace and storage spaces creating a suitable environment for rest and relaxation with minimal aesthetics and simple decoration. The warm wood, the neutral shades that dominate, the industrial elements and the intense yellow touches highlight a functional home designed with all the comforts and attention to detail. In this area you will find books and brochures, TV with cable channels (Netflix), sound system and all the necessary equipment for the operation of the fireplace. The sofa can accommodate an extra person, as it has the dimensions of a single bed. A glass of wine in front of the lit fireplace is the best way to end a tiring day. The kitchen area, designed with simple lines and corresponding aesthetics in white and grey shades, is a continuation of the living room, while it is separated by light vertical elements from the bedroom. Our kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances and all the necessary cookware, so that it is suitable for the preparation of every meal of the day (coffee maker, kettle, electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.). The kitchen counter extends to a table, where 4 people can dine on comfortable, high stools with backs.  In the bedroom area you will find a double comfortable bed with a luxury mattress and down pillows, Dunlopillo, with bedside tables, office space, wardrobe for storing clothes and TV. The low lighting, the warm feeling of the wood, the white surfaces and the yellow touches create a calm environment ideal for moments of rest. The office space is suitably designed for long hours of work, as it has a comfortable chair, large wooden surface and suitable lighting. From the office area there is an unobstructed view of the lush Kerameikos Park. Next to the office, you will find a composition with a mirror that completes a fully functional bedroom. At your disposal are all the amenities of the space (TV, storage closet, drawers, etc.). In the bathroom you will find a spacious shower, storage areas and the necessary equipment. Shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and towels for every guest are at your disposal. The central terrace of the apartment overlooks Kerameikos Park, a lush green park with paved streets and picturesque benches in the heart of the city. A landscaped living room awaits you to enjoy your morning coffee or have a last drink while watching the last light of the day fade over the city.
