Upon arrival, I will be there to assist with your luggage and guide you to the B&B via a typical local staircase, just a 5-minute walk away. The space Quiet, cozy, modern, and exclusive Lake House, a peaceful private haven situated on a third of an acre of historic garden, offering breathtaking 180-degree views of the crystal-clear waters of Lake Como. This wonderful getaway is perfect for couples, business travelers, or friends seeking either a relaxing retreat or an adventurous tour. Whether you're looking to unwind or explore, this lovely space promises not to disappoint. Guest access To access the accommodation, it is necessary to walk up a characteristic pedestrian stone street that runs alongside a romantic stream. This path is not suitable for people with walking disabilities due to the presence of numerous natural stone stairs. Assistance with luggage is available. You can reach the Lake House by car or bus in approximately 25 minutes, or by boat, with cruise times varying between 30 to 45 minutes depending on departure schedules. The bus departs from the station near COMO LAGO railway station and can also be boarded at COMO SAN GIOVANNI train station. Use the C25 bus line and alight at "Urio - Pontile". Avoid the C10 bus as it does not stop at "Urio - Pontile". For a romantic journey, embark at Piazza Cavour pier, where tickets and a waiting room are available. Disembark at COMO NORD LAGO, Piazza Matteotti, and walk to the bus station or main pier.
