Semi-detached house with private garden, in the heart of the village of Tellaro, a few steps from the main square and the village marina with its cliffs. From spring to autumn the private garden is perfect for relaxing after a day at sea or trekking. The space - No air conditioning, in the summer months it may be hot, there are floor fans. - NO wifi - There are STAIRS inside the house. - To get anywhere it is necessary to cross the condominium courtyard and go up or down stairs (there are photos). Condominium courtyard independent entrance. From the entrance hallway there are 3 doors: double bedroom with closet, bathroom with shower and washing machine and living area with sofa, TV, table and equipped kitchen. In front of the entrance you will find the private garden (bordering on other private gardens), with table and benches, lounge chairs and lighting for the evening. The garden is separated from the condominium area by a gate without a lock. Guest access Car entry to Tellaro is allowed with prior authorization (ztl area). ALWAYS SEND US PHOTOS OF YOUR CAR LICENSE PLATE IN ADVANCE. From the beginning of the village, drive down the street (attention is narrow, with numerous pedestrians and bus transit) to Belvedere Rainusso Square. Here is the automatic gate that allows access to the outdoor condominium area where the house is located. 1 parking (Not assigned) is available in the appropriate spaces around the structure. At check-in, a remote control will be delivered to the guest to open and close the automatic gate. Parking will not be possible after the check-out date and time. IMPORTANT:The condominium space where the house is located has numerous stairs, some narrow and steep, which you will have to travel to get anywhere (see photo). Other things to note The village of Tellaro is included in the "The most beautiful villages in Italy" circuit, and is part of the municipality of Lerici, which offers visitors a wide choice of attractions related to seaside leisure and outdoor sports activities. Tellaro stretches from the hilly part to the sea, with the old marina and the ancient church of San Giorgio. In the village you will find several services: pharmacy, ATM, newsagent, bar, restaurants, pizzeria, 2 grocery and fruit and vegetable shops, bakery-focacceria, boutique with gift items/clothing. The bus service connects Tellaro with Lerici. From Lerici you will find numerous buses to La Spezia, Sarzana and the other small villages. During the summer months there is a ferry that connects Tellaro to Lerici and San Terenzo. In the village there are several points for swimming: the village's marina made up of numerous rocks, the cliff of Trigliano (5 minutes from the house) and the beaches of Fiascherino (1 km from the house) are within walking distance using the carriage road and the typical Ligurian steps or by bus. The sandy beaches of Lerici and San Terenzo can be reached by comfortable bus, ferry in the summer months, or by car ("La Vallata" parking lot). The 5 Terre can be reached by ferry from Lerici or by train from La Spezia train station. For those who love the wildest areas, the island of "Palmaria" and the beach of "Punta corvo" are an excellent choice. Other beautiful places that can be reached by car are: Portovenere, the villages of Montemarcello, La Serra, Ameglia, Castelnuovo, Ortonovo. The ancient territory of Lunigiana, the marble quarries of Carrara, the Apuan Alps, the medieval city of Sarzana with its shops and events related to craftsmanship.
