Charming house just a short walk to the beach

Charming independent house by the sea, divided into two parts: an apartment for rent upstairs with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom, and a second part on one level for the owner, all on a large fenced garden. The small beach of Kervoyal is located 350 meters on foot, 5 minutes walk. The large beach of Kervoyal (towards Damgan) is 850 meters walk, or 11 minutes walk. The space This charming house from the 60's has been recently renovated; it is located in a quiet street, close to the village of Kervoyal. The garden is quiet and closed, so secure. This house / apartment is ideal for a family of 4 (but not suitable for young children) or 2 couples of adults. This rental is non-smoking (it is of course possible to smoke outside) and pets are not allowed, there is already a cat on the ground floor and chickens who sometimes walk in the garden! Some bikes are available to my tenants in exchange for a good treatment. DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMMODATION: - Living / dining room with small kitchen equipped with a multi-function microwave, 2 induction hobs, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee maker. - Bedroom 1 with new bedding of 160x200 Bedroom 2 with new bedding of 160x200 Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. access to the floor by a staircase outside the house and independent vacuum hair dryer iron barbecue board games ... CONDITIONS OF RENTAL: - Linen (sheets, towels and tea towels) can be made available for 10 euros per person. This option is to be requested before your arrival. - This house is non-smoking, thank you to respect it. - Expenses are included: water, electricity, cleaning fee - The tourist taxes are the responsibility of the tenant (0,80 € / nights / adults over 18 years, tariff 2019). Guest access The second floor of the house is reserved for guests, accessible by an independent external staircase. Tenants will enjoy a garden area dedicated to them with a small garden furniture and a barbecue.
