Beachfront apartment less than 1 minute from the beach in the heart of the Bakio promenade. The space APARTMENT with two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, kitchen, living-dining room and a large terrace where you can enjoy nice views of the mountains and the beach, which is less than a 1-minute walk away. The POOL is communal and is OPEN in summer from JUNE 15th to SEPTEMBER 30th. Hours are from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. I have given the apartment the style that I like, I call it vintage beach, updating and modernizing the rooms, but keeping the essence that the house had when I was a child I came with my parents on vacation, where I have enjoyed so much and now I continue to do so with my family whenever we can come. I have very fondly painted some of the furniture and carpentry of the house in cheerful and summer tones, endowing the apartment with everything you need for today's life. Guest access The apartment has a GARAGE space in a COVERED parking lot, included in the price. The community POOL is OPEN from JUNE 15 to SEPTEMBER 30, and the rules established by the community for its use must be followed. From the building's rooftop, you can enjoy beautiful 360-degree views of Bakio. All types of parties or events are PROHIBITED, both in the apartment and in the common areas of the building: pool, garden and rooftop.
