Beachfront apartment less than 1 minute from the beach, in the heart of Paseo de Bakio. The space Two-bedroom apartment with a bathroom, a toilet, a kitchen, a living-dining room and a large terrace where you can enjoy beautiful views of the mountains and the beach, which is less than a minute's walk away. The SWIMMING POOL is communal and is OPEN in summer from 15 JUNE to 30 SEPTEMBER. Opening hours are from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. I've given the apartment the style that I like, I call it vintage beach, updating and modernising the rooms, but keeping the essence that the house had when I was a child and came with my parents on holiday, where I have enjoyed it so much and now I continue to do so with my family whenever we can come. I have very fondly painted some of the furniture and carpentry of the house in cheerful and summer tones, endowing the apartment with everything you need for today's life. Guest access The apartment has a GARAGE space in a COVERED car park, included in the price. The communal SWIMMING POOL is OPEN from 15 JUNE to 30 SEPTEMBER, and the rules established by the community must be followed when using it. From the roof of the building, you can enjoy stunning 360-degree views of Bakio. All types of parties or events are PROHIBITED, both in the apartment and in the building's common areas: the pool, the garden and the roof terrace.
