Beachfront apartment less than 1 minute from the beach in the heart of the Bakio promenade. The space APARTMENT with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a half-bath, a kitchen, a living-dining room, and a large terrace where you can enjoy beautiful views of the mountains and the beach, which is less than a 1-minute walk from the apartment. The POOL is communal and is OPEN in summer from JUNE 15 to SEPTEMBER 30. Hours: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. I've given the apartment the style I like. I call it vintage beach style. I've updated and modernized the rooms, but kept the essence the place had when I used to come here with my parents on vacation as a child, where I enjoyed myself so much, and now I still do with my family whenever we can come. I have lovingly painted some of the furniture and the woodwork in the house in cheerful, summery tones, providing the apartment with everything you need for modern-day living. Guest access The apartment has a GARAGE space in a COVERED parking lot, included in the price. The community SWIMMING POOL is OPEN from JUNE 15 to SEPTEMBER 30, and the rules established by the community for its use must be followed. From the building's rooftop, you can enjoy beautiful 360-degree views of Bakio. All types of parties or events are PROHIBITED both in the apartment and in the common areas of the building: the pool, garden, and rooftop.
