Hampton Court, Shepperton Studios and Kempton Park nearby. Easy access to Richmond, Windsor, Heathrow and M3/M25. Overground train to London Waterloo (50 mins). Garage facility to store bikes or canoe / kayak. The space Complimentary tea, coffee and breakfast refreshments. Guest access As this is a self contained annexe, guests will have full private access. Other things to note The sofa is large and can sleep a child / teenager. Can also supply a single, camping style folding bed, again suitable for child / teenager. Although I have said 'no pets' there are always exceptions, so do please ask.
