The space The house has it all, starting with location: the driveway is only steps from the sand walkway to the beautiful and calm Lewes Beach. Come back from the beach and wash off in the outside shower. The views are unbeatable: from the 2nd and 3rd-floor decks you can see the ocean, the state park, and for miles around. Inside the house is a beautiful great room, new kitchen, and all the amenities you could wish for (internet, TV, etc.). You can even go out onto the 2nd story deck and watch the sunset and sunrise (or the cape may ferry arriving/departing)! Handicap access details: ramp into front door, master bathroom with roll-in shower, widened halls and doorways, and elevator to 2nd-floor deck! Another bonus: both Lewes Beach and Cape Henlopen State Park beach have mobimat access making the beaches handicapped accessible!
