Access is by lift or automatically lit, wide staircase. Main entrance is by electronic tag key, the door to the apartment has 2 security locks and a peep hole for your peace of mind. There is also further outer door to the 3rd floor for additional security. It comprises of an entrance hall, lounge with leather sofa, an open plan kitchen and air conditioning, large king size bed with lots of wardrobe space, bathroom with shower/toilet/sink/wall heater and extractor fan, a small utility room which contains the washing machine, boiler, ironing board, iron, clothes dryer and all the essential cleaning equipment. There is a 32 inch flat screen TV with national and international channels, including NETFLIX and YouTube and free fast WIFI. For your comfort the bed has a memory foam mattress and the bed linen is from IKEA. Fresh towels and complimentary bathroom accessories are also provided.
