It offers you the perfect setting to round off an unforgettable stay in a cozy and generously equipped atmosphere. We offer you harmony and comfort in either 2 residential units: Here is the residential unit on the 2nd floor (pictures up to 25) 150 m² Sleeps 6 people • 3 bedrooms with balconies • 1 bathroom •1 living room with balcony •1 kitchen (fully equipped) • Laundry room (washing machine, dryer) in the basement or you can choose the residential unit on the ground floor (pictures from 26) 70 m²: Sleeps 4 people (this residential unit must be booked additionally) •1 bedroom with 1 double bed •1 bedroom with 1 double bed •1 bathroom with shower, washing machine TV, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, access to the terrace and garden Sunny location, 1 km from the lake, 150 m from the Vistula with adjoining, enclosed property of 3000 m². Well-kept large garden with lawn, a small wild pond, plants, flowers and trees, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace. Bicycles are available (extra). Parking for 4 cars. Villa with surveillance. Numerous restaurants allow you to enjoy Silesian and international cuisine at low cost every day (nearest approx. 350 m), others can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Two small grocery stores are a two-minute walk away.
