The "house opposite" offers a "seaside" style cocooning atmosphere in the charm of the renovated old, with the comfort of modern amenities. 6 km from the sandy beach of Agon Coutainville (10 minutes by car/20 minutes by bike) and surrounded by many tourist sites to visit: Castles, Abbeys, landing beaches, Mont Saint Michel, etc., the perfect place for a vacation as a couple or with family. This house has an enclosed garden with a large south-facing terrace. The space This house is pleasant in autumn and winter with its fireplace in the large living/dining room; but also in summer thanks to its large bay window facing south overlooking the large terrace and the garden. It has a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, American fridge, oven, microwave, steamer, blender and coffee machine. It is also equipped with a washing machine.
