Kyoto Traditional House with two toilets!

Our guest house, Nijo Jurakuan is officially registered with Kyoto-city. It is a traditional Kyoto house that's built 80 years ago and newly renovated. You can access most major sightseeing spots by bus. It's located 10 mins from JR Enmachi. The space Thank you for viewing my listing! I am managing this listing for Mr. Tani and his family, and they own this lovely Kyoto house. Mr. Tani has been living in Kyoto for nearly a half century!, so he knows Kyoto and its attractions very well. He is happy to help tourists enjoys the time in Kyoto, so please ask any questions! He does not speak English much, but I am here to get you all the information from him! A Japanese traditional two-storied house. The 1st floor is a spacious living room with a TV. The 2nd floor is the bedrooms. 1st floor: living room with a TV kitchen (microwave, toaster, electronic kettle, electronic stove) bathroom with a bathtub toilet (washlet! high-tech japanese toilet with shower function!) 2nd floor: Japanese tatami floor x 2 futon sets Japanese tatami floor x 2 futon sets wooden floor x 1 double bed toilet (washlet! high-tech japanese toilet with shower function!) balcony Note: If you are a group of 8 people, you can put two more sets of futon in the living room space, or you could possibly fit one more futon each in the tatami bedrooms. When making a reservation, please count any child who require a futon as 1 person. The futon is not very big (100 meters wide), so you must count all children over 3 years old. We only prepare the futons for the number of people you choose. Thank you. Guest access You may access the entire house, but if something is labeled as "Do not use or touch" and please refrain from using it. Thank you.
