Offering a lovely small bedroom with queen size bed in a beautiful, spacious and newly renovated house. Situated in a quiet residential road with off street parking included. Guests have shared access to new bathroom, WC, the kitchen diner and lounge with log burners, utilities (washer, dryer) as well as a garden. Ideally located in Hillside, less than 1km walk from Royal Birkdale Golf Club, the train station and local shops and bars. Approximately 40 mins from Liverpool by train. The space The house is a three bedroom semidetached house with a drive way and garden. There is a large kitchen living room with access to the garden which guest are welcome to use. Upstairs there is a shared bathroom with bath and shower. Downstairs there is an additional toilet and utility room. There is a tv I’m the front sitting room. We also have WiFi which is available for guests to access. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the kitchen which has access to the garden and terrace. There is a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. During your stay I will be available to provide any local information required such as transport and nearby shops bars and restaurants. Other things to note Please note that I share my home with my dog Rafa. He is a friendly springer spaniel.
