The cottage is located on four quiet hectares in the Lot and just 3 km from Lake Saint Sernin and 5 km from the beautiful village of Montcuq in Quercy Blanc. You can discover numerous hiking trails and the above-ground pool to relax and make the most of your stay. In the low season, the hot tub can be offered by reservation, for 2 nights booked, for €30/hour of relaxation, subject to availability. (October–April) The space House of 105 m2 - 1 to 4 people Gite consisting of an entrance, living room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, and two bedrooms upstairs. A private outdoor equipped terrace is attached. Unlimited WiFi access. Access to swimming pool and outdoor activities. The spa is shared from October to April. So that your vacation starts from the first moments, the beds are made upon your arrival, towels are provided. The end of stay cleaning is included in the price of our cottages. Our discreet presence on the premises guarantees that we are always available to listen to you. The Jacuzzi is private from May to September. Shared from October to April, in another dedicated space, and subject to a 2-night booking. Guest access Guests have access to part of the four-hectare property with private gardens and meadows, bordered by a forest. All the houses are independent and have their own terrace, as well as the above ground pool to share. Guests not named in the booking are not allowed. Other things to note Check-in and checkout We will welcome you between 5pm and 7pm. On the day of departure, it is imperative to vacate the premises before 10 🕙 a.m. If you would like a late check-out (5:00 p.m.), an additional fee of €60 will be payable on-site, subject to availability. Wood to operate the stove is extra (to be paid on site €20 per bin). Feel free to inquire. The private hot tub from May to September.
