The gîte is located on four quiet hectares in the Lot and only 3 km from Lake Saint Sernin and 5 km from the beautiful village of Montcuq in Quercy Blanc. Just a few kilometers from the main tourist sites of the Lot: the circuits of Cahors Malbec, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, Rocamadour, Padirac chasm... You can discover many hiking trails, the above-ground pool to relax in order to enjoy the most of your stay. The space House of 105 m2 - 1 to 4 people Gîte consisting of an entrance, living room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, and two bedrooms upstairs. A private outdoor furnished terrace is attached. Unlimited Wi-Fi access. Access to swimming pool and outdoor activities. The spa is shared from October to April. It's up to you to note on the schedule on site, when you want to go. To ensure your vacation starts from the first moments, the beds are made upon arrival, towels are provided. The end of stay cleaning is included in the price of our cottages. The Jacuzzi is private from May to September. Shared from October to April, in another dedicated space. Guest access Guests have access to the entire four-acre property with private gardens and meadows, bordered by a forest. All houses are independent and have their own terrace, as well as the above-ground pool to share. Other things to note Check-in and checkout We will welcome you between 5pm and 7pm. On the day of departure, it is imperative to vacate the premises before 10 🕙 a.m. If you want a late check-out (6 p.m.), an additional €50 will be payable on site. Wood to operate the stove is extra (to be paid on site €20 per bin). Feel free to inquire.
